为建立雷竹苗适宜的水培体系,本研究以雷竹苗为材料,通过比较不同氮﹑磷﹑钾处理下雷竹苗的叶面积、生物量和叶绿素荧光特征,筛选适宜的氮磷钾元素浓度。氮、磷、钾单因素试验表明氮素浓度6.0 mmol.L-1处理各指标优于0.0、2.0、4.0、8.0、10.0、12.0 mmol.L-1处理;磷素浓度4.0 mmol.L-1处理优于0.0、1.0、2.0、3.0、5.0、6.0、7.0 mmol.L-1处理;钾素浓度3.0 mmol.L-1处理优于0.0、1.0、2.0、4.0、5.0 mmol.L-1处理。氮、磷、钾三因素三水平正交试验L9(33)表明,氮素8.0 mmol.L-1,磷素5.0 mmol.L-1和钾素2.0 mmol.L-1为较适宜雷竹苗生长的浓度配比。
To establish a hydroponic culture system for seedlings of Phyllostachys praecox, Leaf-area, biomass increment and chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics under different N, P, K treatments were measured to screen suitable N, P, K concentration. Results of single factor experiment showed that 6.0 mmol/L N treatment was superior to that of 0. 0,2.0,4.0,8.0,10. 0 and 12.0 mmol/L N, 4.0 mmol/L P treatment was superior to that of 0.0,1.0,2.0,3.0,5.0,6.0 and 7.0 mmol/L P, 3.0 mmol/L K treatment was superior to that of 0. 0,1. 0,2. 0,4. 0 and 5.0 mmol/L K. NPK three level orthogonal test L9 (33) showed that a combination of 8.0 mmol/L N, 5.0 mmol/L P and 2.0 mmoL/L K was optimal to the seedling growth of Phyllostachys praeco.
