利用黄河口实测水文泥沙及河道大断面资料，对比分析出小浪底水库运用后，黄河口来水来沙仍为枯水少沙，含沙量大幅降低，悬沙组成变粗，主要输沙流量级变大，水沙搭配变得相对有利，河床下切显著，利津-清7河段平均河底高程下降1m多，横断面变窄深，主槽过流面积和平滩流量显著增加。
英文摘要：
Based on the filed data, this paper analyzed the characteristic of runoff and sediment load, evolution of the reach near the Yellow River Estuary after the operation of Xiaolangdi Reservoir. This study indicates that the sendiment concentration reduces greatly, the grain size of suspended load increases, the bed erodes popularly, channel deepens, and the bank full discharge enlarges.
