稻壳经稀盐酸煮沸后,用去离子水洗涤至中性,干燥后粉碎并与一定质量的Na2CO3和Al(OH)3粉末混合均匀置于马弗炉中煅烧,煅烧产物采用水热合成法合成P型分子筛。研究发现(SiO2占干燥酸洗稻壳质量分数的20%)当煅烧温度为850℃,煅烧时间为8 h,Na2O/SiO2=1.2,SiO2/Al2O3=4.0,H2O/Na2O=35于90℃晶化10 h,合成P型分子筛钙离子交换容量为300.72mg CaCO3/g。产品结构用XRD和SEM表征,结果表明:合成P型分子筛具有较高的结晶度,无杂相且晶形规整,晶粒粒径为1μm左右。此合成方法的显著特点是原料价格低廉、合成方法简单,易于推广。
The rice husk was boiled in dilute hydrochloric acid and then washed with deionized water to neutral.Then it was dried,crushed and mixed with a certain amount of Na2CO3 and Al(OH)3 powder.The mixture was calcined in muffle,and the calcined material was used to synthesise zeolite P by hydrothermal method.It was found that 20% of the dry pickling rice husk was SiO2 when the calcination temperature was 850 ℃,calcination time was 8 h,the molar ratio of Na2O/SiO2,SiO2/Al2O3 and H2O/Na2O were 1.2,4.0 and 35 the crystallization temperature was 90 ℃ and the crystallization time was 10 h,maximum calcium ionic exchange ability of 300.72 mg CaCO3/g was obtained.The structure of the product was characterized by XRD and SEM.The synthetic P-type zeolite showed high crystallinity,impurity-free and regular crystal shape,and the grain size was about 1 μm.This synthesis was characterized by a low-cost raw material,and the method was simple and easy to be applied.
