以n-BuLi/Cy2NCu为引发剂,在-15℃的四氢呋喃中,实现了极性单体甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)的阴离子聚合,并研究了它与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)的共聚。结果表明,在c(n-Bu(Cy2N)CuLi)为0.158mol/L、cGMA为0.378mol/L时,GMA的转化率达94.6%,Mn^-为5609,Mw^-/Mn^-为1.46。此外,该催化剂可使GMA和MMA发生共聚反应,其中GMA的聚合活性大于MMA的聚合活性。
Anionic polymerization of glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) has been carried out with n-BuLi/CyzN Cu as initiator in THF below - 15 ℃. Its copolymerization with methyl methacrylate (MMA) was also studied. It is demonstrated that the percentage of conversing monomer could reach to 94.6 %, and Mw^-/Mn^- is 1.46 when c (n-BuCy2NCuLi) is 0. 158 mol/L and CGMA is 0. 378 mol/L. Furthermore, the copolyers of GMA and MMA was resulted by the catalysts and the results showed that GMA was more easily polymerized than MMA in this polymerization system.
