针对各种算法测试平台的不统一问题，提出构建一个SAR图像融合系统．运用面向对象技术对系统的功能进行了模块划分，采用软件复用思想和组件技术对系统中的关键技术进行了研究并给出解决方案．融合系统的成功构建为研究各种图像处理算法提供了一个良好的支撑环境，具有重要的研究和现实价值．

英文摘要：

The test platforms for all kinds of algorithms were not unified. To solve this problem, a SAR image fusion system is constructed. The function modules of the fusion system are divided based on object-oriented technique. The key techniques in system are analyzed by using software reuse idea and component technique. Meanwhile the resolvents are put forward. A good platform is provided for studying all kinds of SAR image processing algorithms by developing the SAR fusion system successfully, which has important value of research and reality.
