基于C/S网络化架构,设计了一种船舶电站无线远程多机监控系统。系统采用本地和远程两级分布式控制体系,可实现在C/S模式下监控系统的服务器与多台远程客户端同时进行电站监控。文中介绍了船舶电站监控系统的总体框架,提出了基于本地基站监控系统与远程无线监控系统的两级监控体系架构,通过在LabVIEW平台上嵌入TCP/IP无线网络通信协议,实现本地服务器与远程客户端两级之间的实时通信及船舶电站状态监控;分析了基于LabVIEW平台的远程无线监控系统软件的设计要点,并通过实验验证了系统的可行性和稳定性。该监控系统界面友好,功能完善;相对于传统的现场总线监控,这种两级网络化监控是一种更加灵活方便的智能监控模式,操作方便,易于实现。
Based on the C/S network architecture, a remote wireless multi-node monitoring system for the ship power station is designed. By adopting the local and remote two-level distributed control system, the local server and multiple remote clients monitoring the power station simultaneously can be achieved in the C/S mode. The overall framework of the system, together with the design of the monitoring system and the remote monitoring system of the local station, is introduced. Through embedding the TCP/IP wireless network communication protocol in the LabVIEW platform, the real-time communication and monitoring between the local server and remote clients are implemented. The software design of the remote monitoring system is discussed. Experiments have been conducted to demonstrate the viability and stability of the system. The monitoring system is provided with a friendly interface and multiple functions. Compared to the traditional field bus system, the two-level C/S monitoring system is more flexible and convenient for intelligent operation and implementation.
