City effects of time time to repair road repair on road network has significant impact on the road network operation. From the on travelers, combined with the principle of balanced traffic distribution, road user travel damage index is proposed, to measure the impact of road repair operation efficiency of the road network, and road repair damage index is calculated. The local urban road network of Shangzhou District is selected as a sample, road repair damage indices were calculated on repair roads and one way to completely interrupt, and further comparison shows different effects of road repair in different situations on road network operating efficiency.
