介绍了光笔式三维坐标视觉测量系统的工作原理,由于系统具有冗余特性,可以实现系统的自标定。重点研究了光笔结构参数的自标定原理,建立了正确的自标定模型,综合运用各种数值算法对自标定模型进行了计算机仿真。仿真结果表明,点光源三维坐标的测量误差对光笔结构参数自标定结果的影响很大。因此,在光笔结构参数自标定过程中,需要保证光笔上点光源三维坐标的测量精度。
A 3-D coordinates vision measuring system using a light-pen is presented. As the system is of redundancy characteristic,self-calibration can be realized. The principle of the light-pen's structure parameters self-calibration is discussed, and the correct self-calibration model is established. The results of computer simulation for the model are obtained with several iterative nonlinear algorithms synthetically,and show that the error of the accuracy the point-shaped light sources'3-D coordinates on the light-pen has a great effect on the of self-calibration. Consequently, the point-shaped light sources' 3-D coordinates must be measured accurately enough to ensure the accuracy of the self-calibration.
