以Mg O-Ce O2为烧结助剂,采用热压烧结工艺在1850℃下制备了SiC基复相陶瓷。研究了不同Al N含量对复相陶瓷致密性与导热性能的影响。结果表明:不添加Al N时,试样致密性最差,气孔率和体积密度分别为4.71%和2.43 g/cm^3。Al N含量升高至5wt%时,试样致密性有所提高。Al N含量进一步升高至10wt%-20wt%,试样完全致密,气孔率和体积密度分别保持在0.20%和3.31 g/cm^3。在Al N含量为10wt%时,样品具有最高的热导率51.62 W·m^-1·K^-1,同时弯曲强度和断裂韧性达到顶点,分别为731.3 MPa和7.3 MPa·m^1/2。
SiC composites were prepared with Mg O-CeO2 as sintering aids by hot pressing at 1850 ℃.The densification,thermal conductivity and mechanical properties were investigated with different Al N contents.When Al N is not added,the porosity and bulk density of the sample are the worst 4.71% and2.43 g/cm^3 respectively.When the content of Al N is added to 5wt%,the density of samples increase.The Al N content is further increase to 10wt%-20wt%.The porosity and bulk density of the samples are keep at 0.20% and 3.31 g/cm^3 respectively.The highest thermal conductivity of 51.62 W·m^- 1·K^- 1is obtained when the Al N content is 10wt%.At the same time,the flexural strength and fracture toughness of the samples reach to the peak of 731.3 MPa and 7.3 MPa · m^1/2respectively.
