研究了钯催化卤代芳烃直接对α,β-不饱和酮化合物的1,4-加成反应.发现在Pd(PPh3)4催化剂的存在下,反应在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺溶剂中,加热至80℃,可以顺利进行,得到β-芳基酮化合物.该方法避免使用价格昂贵的氮杂环卡宾配体和有机金属试剂,具有操作简单、选择性好等优点。
The palladium-catalyzed direct 1,4-addition of arylhalides to α,β-Unsaturated ketones was investigated.It was found that Pd(PPh3)4 exhibited the highest catalytic activity to give the desired 1,4-addition products in satisfactory yields.The present method avoids the use of expensive N-heterocyclic carbene ligands and organometallic reagents,and has advantages of high selectivity and ease of operation.
