本文探索了一种团队导师制下地方高校计算机专业程序设计实践创新能力培养模式，并结合相关课程建立了程序设计实践创新学习网站和辅导交流平台。实践教学结果表明，本文提出的培养模式能有效提高学生程序设计编程创新能力以及分析、解决实际工程项目的技能，增强了地方高校计算机专业学生核心竞争力。
英文摘要：
In this paper,a novel training mode on the innovation ability of programming practice under team teach-ers for the computer major in the local general college is explored. And the innovation learning website and assisted communication platform are constructed according to the characteristics of some programming courses. The results of practice teaching show this proposed mode can effectively improve students＇ programming innovation ability and practical skills to analyze and solve the engineering projects. So the core competitiveness of students in the local university is greatly enhanced.
