电信行业中消费者的转移成本在一定程度内制约其消费选择,也影响着电信企业的定价策略。论文从电信企业角度,分析转移成本对消费者选择电信服务商的影响,在此基础上,构造不同情况下电信企业最优定价模型,并分析转移成本对电信企业均衡定价的影响。模型的数值仿真分析表明:在电信市场竞争中,消费者从相对高价企业转移到相对低价企业,电信企业通过降价吸引消费者转移购买;转移成本越高,企业对消费者的锁定效应越强,其均衡价格也越高。因此,电信企业对低转移成本消费者应制定低价,而对高转移成本消费者应制定高价。
Consumer's switching costs in the telecommunications industry restrict consumption choices of consumer in a way,At the same time it also affect enterprise's pricing strategies of telecom enterprises.The paper analyze whether the inflow and outflow of consumer will be influenced by consumer's switching cost from the perspective of enterprises.Then establish telecommunications enterprises price model in different situations.Switching cost affect telecom enterprises's equilibrium price on the basis of solving the model.The numerical simulation indict that,In the telecommunications market,consumer moved from the relatively high enterprise to the relatively low enterprise,and telecom enterprises attract consumers to transfer purchase by cutting price.When the switching cost is higher,the consumer locked-in will be stronger,and the enterprise's equilibrium price will be higher.Therefore,telecom enterprises should be expensive for high switching cost consumer,and inexpensive for low switching cost consumer.
