分别探讨了竹炭投加量、溶液pH、染料初始浓度和反应温度对竹炭负载纳米级零价铁去除甲基橙效果的影响。结果表明:在0.2 L浓度为200 mg/L的甲基橙溶液中,当竹炭投加量为0.015 g、温度为30℃、pH为6.0、反应时间为60 min时,竹炭负载纳米级零价铁对甲基橙染料的去除效果最佳,去除率最高可达99.94%。
Using bamboo-charcoal supported nanoscale zero-valent iron particles(B-nZVI),the effects of the dosage of bamboo-carbon,the pH value of solution,the initial concentration of dye,reaction temperature on the removal rate of methyl orange in aqueous solution were investigated,respectively.The results showed that the optimum removal condition was 30 ℃,pH = 6.0,the reaction time of 60 min and the dosage of bamboo-carbon of 0.015 g,and the removal rate was best to 99.94 %.
