羟基磷灰石(HA)成分与人体骨和牙齿相近,植入人体后,其羟基(-OH)与骨细胞形成化学键结合,具有良好的生物活性和生物相容性。主要介绍了羟基磷灰石涂层的热喷涂、激光熔敷和复合技术制备方法及特点,在临床使用案例基础上,从涂层的力学性能及生物活性两个方面总结涂层失效的原因。针对制备涂层结合强度、生物活性、化学稳定性等内在问题,给出了可行的解决方案,为高性能的HA涂层的制备和应用提供参考。
The composition of hydroxyapatite(HA)is similar to human bone and teeth.After implantation,the hydroxyl(-OH)will be chemically bonded with bone cells,thus HA exhibits good biological activity and biocompatibility.This review focuses on preparation methods for hydroxyapatite coating,including thermal spraying,laser cladding and composite technique,as well as the corresponding coating characteristics.Based on clinical studies,the reasons for coating failure are summarized in terms of both mechanical properties and biological activity of coating.Aiming at the problems in coating bonding strength,biological activity and chemical stability,some possible solutions are provided for the preparation and application of HA coating.
