应用COMSOL Multiphysics4.3a模拟软件,结合Maxwell电磁场理论,首先理论推导高斯光束的产生原理,得出基于Kretschmann棱镜耦合系统下的Cu2S量子点溶液,模拟进行852nm稳态激光器的高斯光束照射时产生表面等离激元(SPR),改变量子点的基本属性以及改变入射光角度,模拟出在不同条件下Cu2S量子点产生SPR信号的情况,为Cu2S量子点在SPR传感方面的应用提供了理论依据和参考。
Cu2S QDs attract increasing attentions as a new type of nano-semiconductor materials,because of its particular chemical and optical properties. In the paper, COMSOL Multiphysics 4. 3a software and theory of Maxwell were employed. The corresponding theoretical derivation about how to generate Gaussian beam were simulated by COMSOL software and the Cu2S quantum dots solution based on Kretschmann prism coupler system can generate the surface plasma resonance(SPR) with irradiating by the Gaussian beam lasing in 852 nm steady-state laser. Then the SPR signal generated of quantum dots in different conditions were investigated by changing the basic properties of the quantum dots and the incident angle methods. These provide a theoretical basis and reference for the application of Cu2S quantum dots in SPR sensor.
