在永磁偏置磁轴承(PMB)电机高速旋转时,为了探测PMB转子的工作状态,并且判断PMB系统的运行是否正常,在线监测系统的研制是非常必要的。住线监测系统的构造是基于一台PC和虚拟仪器技术,由三部分组成:设计一个数据采集平台去采集PMB系统运行时那些必要的和有用的数据;对采集的数据进行时域、频域分析;将采集的数据进行在线存储,以便通过离线分析改进控制器的设计,确保PMB系统工作的可靠性。实验结果表明,系统工作可靠。
When the high- speed motor which suspended by permanent magnet biased magnetic bearings (PMB) is operating,in order to detect how the PMB system works in operation and make diagnosis whether the system behaves normally or not, an online monitoring system of PMB need to be designed. In this paper the construction of the whole monitoring system is based on a personal computer and virtual instrument technology, and the system is divided into the following three aspects:First,a data aequisition platform to collect and acquire all the necessary and useful data from the operation of the PMB system is designed. Second, the data acquired need to be analyzed in time domain, frequency domain, Finally, storing all the data of the five channels on the computer disks, in order to improve the design of the controller by the offline analysis, ensure the working reliability of the PMB system. The experimental results indicate that the online monitoring system worked reliably.
