Power line communication （PLC） can power the LED lamp while working as the backbone to transmit signal for the visible light communication （VLC）,which has a good application foreground.In this paper,a PLC and VLC integrated system for in -coach broadband video service is proposed.The structure and key parameters of the proposed system are detailed as well as the future applications,which can provide some references and suggestions for the in-coach communication system and general information service in the next generation high-speed railway.
