采用坩埚下降法生长了Ge的摩尔浓度分别为5%、10%、15%的硅锗酸铋晶体(BGSO)。利用显微压痕实验系统研究了BGSO晶体的力学性能,包括维氏硬度HV、断裂韧性Kc、屈服强度σ和脆性指数B。研究表明,BGSO晶体的力学性能参数HV、Kc和σ随着Ge含量和载荷的增加而逐渐减小,而脆性指数B则增大。在Ge含量从0到15%范围内,BGSO晶体的力学性能基本上表现为BGO和BSO两种晶体力学性能的简单混合。
The mixed crystals of Bi4 (GexSi1-x)3012 (x =0.05,0. 10,0. 15) have been grown by the vertical Bridgman method. The mechanical properties of BGSO crystals, such as Vickers microhardness Hv, fracture toughness Kc, yield strength σ and brittleness index B, were evaluated using a micro indentation technique. It was found that the Hv, Kcand σ were decreased as the increasing of applied load and Ge molar concentration, while the B was increased. It can be anticipated that the BGSO crystal is less resistant to the external deformation and local fracture. In the range of 0-15% for Ge content, the mechanical characteristics of BGSO crystal can be considered as the simple mixture of BGO and BSO crystals.
