基于韧性在混凝土结构中的重要性,采用三分点加载的方式,探讨了膨胀荆和钢纤维的复合效应对喷射混凝土弯曲韧性的影响规律。结果表明,当钢纤维和膨胀剂的掺量分别为1.2%和8%时,喷射补偿收缩钢纤维混凝土的荷载一挠度曲线最为饱满;弯曲韧度指数和承载能力变化系数均大于理想弹性材料的相应值。
Based on the importance of toughness in concrete structure, using the method of three-point loading, the effeeting laws of the combined effect of expansive agent and steel fiber on flexural toughness of shotcrete are discussed. The results show that the load-deflection curve of shrinkage-compensating steel fiber reinforced shotcrete is finest when the steel fiber content is 1.2% and expansive agent content is 8%. And the flexural toughness index and the coefficient of loading capacity variation are both bigger than the values of ideal elastic materials.
