对φ70mmC60、C100混凝土试样,在φ74mm直锥变截面式SHPB进行动态压缩试验;并在MTS810电液伺服材料试验机上进行准静态压缩试验作为对比。压缩试验结果显示:抗压强度、动态放大系数及动态与准静态应变比值均随着应变率的增加而增加。在同一应变率下,就抗压强度增加率而言,抗压强度高的混凝土较强度低的混凝土高。还发现在不同应变率下,混凝土试样裂纹延伸方式也不同,并进一步对混凝土试样应变率效应的机理进行了探究。
In this study,dynamic compressive tests with 70mm C60、C100 concrete specimens were carried out on a 74mm conic variable cross-sectional SHPB,compared with quasi-static compressive tests on a MTS810 electro-hydraulic servo-controlled testing machine. The result indicates that compressive strength,dynamic increase factor (DIF) and the ratio of dynamic strain to quasi-static strain all have tendency of ascending with the increasing of strain rates. When in the same strain rate,the higher compressive strength concrete is higher than the lower strength compressive concrete in the increasing rate of compressive strength. And concrete specimens also have different forms in cracks extending with different strain rates. Furthermore,the mechanism of strain rate effect is also studied.
