卓越绩效模式的导入和实施能够提升医院管理水平,提高医院诊疗质量和服务行为,推动医院管理质量持续改进,保障医院全面协调可持续发展。本文回顾了医院质量管理的发展阶段,并以台州医院为案例,全面分析了该院导入卓越绩效模式的情况,并针对其存在的问题,提出了相应的改进策略。
The implementation of performance excellence model can improve the management quality in hospitals,standardize the management and medical service work,and enhance the comparability of hospital management and performance excellence assessment,ensure the comprehensive balanced and sustainable development of the hospital. This paper first reviews the development stages of the quality management in the hospital,and then takes Taizhou Hospital as an example,to make comprehensive analysis of the way this hospital brought in the performance excellence model,and puts forward corresponding improvement strategy on the existing problems.
