In order to amend the change of the sensitivity caused by the repeated measurements, the fixed detection close is inserted to monitor the changes in sensitivity after the completion of each radiation measurement in measuring the single-aliquot regenerative-dose quantity experiment. Only few samples are needed in single-aliquot regenerative-dose protocol of thermoluminescence, and it is not necessary to select aliquots, which makes it suitable to be a physics experiment for undergraduate students.
