从双齿围沙蚕（Perinereis aibuhitensisG rube）cDNA文库中筛选出半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂（CPI）的编码基因,将该编码基因转化到大肠杆菌Escherichia coliDH5α并实现胞外表达,得到转基因工程菌E.coliDH5α。对工程菌的杀桑天牛作用进行了研究,结果表明该工程菌对桑天牛成虫和幼虫较对照具有显著致死作用。
英文摘要：
A cDNA encoding of a cysteine protease inhibitor（CPI） was isolated from the cDNA library of clamworm Perinereis aibuhitensis Grube,and the cDNA encoding CPI was then transformed into E.coli DH5α which had the extracellular expression.The results of bioassay in Lab.demonstrated that the secretive engineering bacteria expressed CPI had a significant effect in mortality to Apripona germari（Hope）compared with the control（untransformed E.coli DH5α）.
