以钛酸四正丁酯为原料,采用水热法制备纳米TiO_2材料,经过高温煅烧后,对其降解垃圾渗滤液的催化活性进行测定,并用XRD,TEM和UV-Vis对其晶体结构进行表征。实验结果表明,水醇比、水热温度和酯加入量对TiO_2催化效率有显著的影响,当水醇比为1∶3、煅烧温度500℃、水热时间4 h、Ti(OC_4H_9)_4加入量为10 m L条件下制备的TiO_2粉末光催化活性最好,对垃圾渗滤液的降解在180 min时均可以达到73%,COD的去除率可达76.92%。
In this experiment,taking Ti( OC_4H_9)_4and C_2H_5OH as main ingredients,nano TiO_2 is prepared by hydrothermal process,after incinerated with high temperature,the prepared powder is used for photocatalytic degradation and also its structure is characterized by XRD,TEM and UV- Vis. The result shows that the volume ratios of water to alcohol,hydrothermal temperature and amount of Ti( OC_4H_9)_4remarkably affects the photocatalytic process and when the volume ratios of water to alcohol is 1∶ 3,calcination temperature is 500 ℃,hydrothermal time is 4 hs and the amount of Ti( OC_4H_9)_4is 10 m L,the TiO_2 photocatalyst effect is the best,the degradation of reactive yellow solution can reach 73% when 180 min and the removal rate of COD can reach 76. 92%.
