对主轴回转误差的测量,由于测试装置与被测物体是相对运动的,故被测物理量的精确测量较为困难。提出一种针对动态旋转构件的相对静止误差测量新方法,该方法通过引入多体动力学坐标变换理论,使测量过程中测试装置与被测物体之间保持相对静止,推导出测试装置的变换条件,并与激光三角法相结合得到测量主轴回转误差。
In the process of the spindle error measurement,it gets low level of accuracy with present methods,since there is relative motion between the testing device and the object under test. A new measurement method for radial rotation error was presented herein. Through the introduction to multi --body dynamics coordinate transformation theory,in the process of measurement testing devices and the objects under test remained relatively static,then the changing conditions of transformation device were derived. Combining the changing conditions with laser triangulation measurement, the new method was obtained.
