以甘菊叶片为外植体,尝试不同浓度羧苄青霉素(Carb)、卡那霉素(Kan)和潮霉素(Hyg)对甘菊愈伤组织诱导和植株再生的影响。结果表明,潮霉素和卡那霉素都对愈伤组织诱导有抑制作用;对不定芽分化而言,以潮霉素和卡那霉素作为抗性筛选标记时,选择压都以5 mg·L-1为宜。羧苄青霉素的抑菌效果较好,质量浓度应在300~500 mg·L-1范围;潮霉素3 mg·L-1、卡那霉素20 mg·L-1为合适的转化植株生根培养的抗生素临界浓度。
Susceptibility of different cultivars on De ndranthema lavandulifolium to antibiotics(Hygromycin,Kanamycin and Car- benicillin)was studied. The critical concentration for shoot regeneration of Dendranthema hwandulifolium was 5 mg·L^-1 Hyg or 5mg·L^-1 Kan. Carb had no apparent influence on callus, but when Carb concentration was over 300mg·L^-1, the inhibiting effect was observed. Kan 20mg·L^-1 or Hyg 3mg·L^-1 should be selected as ideal screening mass-concentration at the stage of plantlets" root-growth.
