谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione Peroxidase,GPX)是动物体内清除氧自由基的主要酶类.近几年研究表明,植物体内也存在类似于哺乳动物的GPX家族.本文采用生物信息学技术对拟南芥GPX(AtGPX)家族的8个基因编码的蛋白质结构和功能进行了分析,包含分子量、氨基酸的数量、等电点、跨膜结构域、信号肽、二级结构组成和表达特征等,旨在了解其结构特征,为植物抵御氧化胁迫研究提供理论依据.
The glutathione peroxidase(Glutathione Peroxidase,GPX) is the major enzyme for the removal of oxygen free radicals in animals.In recent years,studies have shown that mammal-like GPX family were also found in plants.In this paper,the structure and function of GPX family genes encoding protein such as the molecular weight,the number of amino acids,isoelectric point,transmembrane domain,signal peptide and the constitution of secondary structure in Arabidopsis were analyzed by a series of bioinformatics software,with the aim to understand the structure characteristics,and provide theoretical basis for the resisting oxidative stress.
