SF6示踪气体漏风测定技术可以用来测试井下漏风通道、漏风量及漏风分布,示踪气体释放量、释放时间等参数会直接影响漏风测定结果。本文对示踪气体释放量确定等若干问题进行了探讨,并将研究成果进行了现场考察应用。研究表明:1采样点风量及示踪气体释放量与空气压力及温度等参数有关,计算取样点风量及示踪气体释放量时应对其进行修正;2示踪气体现场测定时,应考虑通过流量计不同介质时不同大气条件的流量换算,还需测定释放地点及采样点的空气绝对压力和空气温度;3"U+L"型综采面全程向采空区漏风,其漏风量大致呈线性分布,自下隅角至上隅角漏风量逐渐增加,该工作面最大漏风量1092.1m3/min。这对准确测定井下漏风量及漏风分布有着重要的指导意义。
The leakage channel, air leakage value and air leakage distribution in mine can be measured by air leakage detection technology with SF6 tracer gas, and tracer gas release, release time and other parameters could directly affect the test results of air leakage. Some prob- lem about tracer gas emissions determination was discussed in the paper, and the research has been conducted on-site inspection application. Research shows that: 1) the sampling air volume and tracer gas release was associated with air pressure and temperature, so the calculate val- ue of sampling air volume and tracer gas release should be corrected; 2) the flow conversion of different fluid through the flowmeter and differ- ent atmospheric conditions should be considered, so the air pressure and temperature of release site and sampling should be determined; 3) the whole fully mechanized face with 'U+L' type ventilation was air leakage to gob, the air leakage was approximately linear distribution, the amount of air leakage was gradually increased from the upper corner to next corner, and the maximum air leakage of the surface was 1092.1 m^3/min.It's important significance for the accurate determination of air leakage and air leakage distribution.
