为了估算锂离子动力电池的荷电状态(SOC),在对影响SOC值的因素及传统SOC估算方法分析的基础上,依据实际情况,采用了一种新思路,即将电池的工作状况分为静止、恢复、充放电三种状态,分别对三种状态进行SOC估算。在估算过程中分散并消除影响SOC值的因素,特别在充放电状态下,使用了以库仑效率因子为基础的电量的动态恢复量对安时计量法进行改进,解决了安时计量法会产生累积误差的问题。经实验表明,此方法提高了电池SOC计算的精度,达到了动力汽车的应用要求。
Based on the analysis of factors affecting SOC and SOC algorithm, a new method to predict the state of battery was described in this paper. The working state of battery was divided into three states: standby state, transitional state, and charge-discharge state. Predicting each state by different SOC algorithm could eliminate the influence of factors affecting the value of SOC. Especially in the charge-discharge state, this method could improve the Ah counting approach by eliminating the accumulated error using the calculation of changing capacity of lithium-ion based on columbic efficiency. The test results show that this new way can increase the SOC accuracy and reach the demands of electric vehicle.
