面对日益增强的环境制度压力,企业如何选择不同战略应对并同时推动产品创新是一个重要研究课题。文章基于制度理论,利用结构方程模型对284家企业进行实证检验,结果表明:绿色管理这一被动制度反应战略对社会合法性的正向影响比其对政府支持的正向影响更大;企业影响政府这一主动制度反应战略对政府支持的正向影响比其对社会合法性的正向影响更大;政府支持促进了企业新产品绩效,而社会合法性对新产品绩效没有显著影响,但实证结果并不能证明政府支持比社会合法性对企业新产品绩效的影响更大。
In face of growing environmental regulation pressure,how do firms choose different responding strategies to thepressure,and promote product innovation is an important research problem. Drawing upon institutional theory, empirical findings from 284 firms by structural equation model suggest that, as a passive institutional responding strategy green managementis more positively associated with social legitimacy than with government support,and as a positive institutional respondingstrategy firm influence government has a stronger positive effect on government than on social legitimacy. Results also showthat government support has a significant positive influence on firms' new product performance,whereas social legitimacydoes not influence new product performance significantly. But the empirical results do not support the hypothesis that govern-ment support has a stronger positive influence on firms' new product performance than social legitimacy.
