设计了一种能为临床直接、定量评价活体心肌硬度及硬度变化的新型医疗仪器-介入超声印压系统,通过介入印压方法,来定量"触压"活体心肌的硬度变化.本研究对该系统的压力和超声系统分别进行了校验,其结果表明,不同直径大小球囊的实际应力与检测到的应力有差异,二者成线性关系,相关系数高达0.99,随着球囊直径改变,其回归系数接近1.同时,通过超声检测类心肌超声仿体厚度,其超声检测得到的厚度值与实际厚度值的相对误差为2.33%,小于10%为超声行业标准,能满足厚度检测要求.以上研究表明,该系统可应用于活体心肌和深部组织的硬度检测.

英文摘要:

Designs a new intervention ultrasound indentation system in order to acquire quantitative assess of myocardium stiffness in vivo and checks both the pressure of the system and the ultrasound system respectively. The result shows that there is some difference between the actual stresses and detected ones of the ball sacs in various diameters with a linear relationship (correlation coefficient :0.99). The regression coefficient accesses to 1 along with the increase of the diameters of the balls. Meanwhile, the relative error between detection thickness and actual thickness is 2.33% when passing through phantom of myocardium like detection with ultrasound, which is fluctuating within 10% and satisfies the thickness detecting requirement. In conclusion, this system may be applied for myocardium stiffness in vivo and deep tissue.
