采用X射线衍射仪定量检测立方织构,采用二次离子质谱仪分析铝箔表层Zn元素分布,采用扫描电子显微镜观察腐蚀结构,研究Zn含量对高压电解电容器阳极铝箔腐蚀结构及比电容的影响。结果表明:当Zn含量由1.9×10 6(质量分数,下同)提高至2.0×10 5时,铝箔立方织构的体积分数仍可达到95%,Zn更多地富集于铝箔表面,导致腐蚀结构均匀,进而使阳极在520 V时的比电容由0.666μF/cm2增加到0.689μF/cm2。
The influences of the Zn content on the corrosion structure as well as the specific capacitance of the aluminum anode foils used in high voltage electrolytic capacitors were investigated.The cube texture of the foils was characterized by X-ray diffractometer(XRD) quantitatively and the distribution of Zn in the foils was measured by secondary ion mass spectrometer(SIMS).The corrosion structure of the etched foils was characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that when the Zn content of the foils varies from 1.9×10-6(mass fraction) to 2.0×10-5,the cubic texture maintains at 95%(volume fraction),the surface segregation of Zn significantly increases,the corrosion structure becomes more homogeneous and the specific capacitance of the anode foils measured at 520 V increases from 0.666 μF/cm 2 to 0.689 μF/cm 2.
