利用电子掺杂铜氧化物超导体的t-t'-t"-J模型,采用奴役玻色子平均场近似方法,计算了在反铁磁态下铜氧化物超导体的化学势分别与掺杂度、温度的关系,最后得到化学势在低温下存在着相变。
In this paper, we provide model in antiferromagnetic electron-doped cuprates, by using slave-boson mean-field approach we can calculate chemical potential vs concentration and temperature respectively, and draw a conclusion that chemical potential exists different phase transition in low temperature.
