Compared with GnRH agonist long protocol,GnRH antagonist protocol has higher heterogeneity of follicular development and shorter duration of stimulation and lower gonadotropin amount used.Moreover,LH levels are higher,the number of follicles larger than 18 mm is less and the mean diameter of follicles is shorter on the HCG day in GnRH antagonist protocol.
