由于矿山机械的载重轮胎废旧率较高,试验采用单因数方法分析水射流压力、靶距、横向进给量及喷嘴移动速度对轮胎橡胶破碎深度的影响,利用电子扫描显微镜从微观角度观察,在合理射流参数下的轮胎切割断面与橡胶颗粒形貌特征,并分析其形成机理;微观分析橡胶颗粒在放大60倍条件下,各单因数变化对其颗粒度的影响.从而可得出结论,应用磨料水射流对废旧轮胎绿色回收处理是切实可行的.
The scrapped rate of tyres of the mining machinery is considerably high, it is feasible to dispose and recyclc waste tyres by applying abrasive watcr jet. In the test, single-factor method was used to analyze the influence of water jet pressure, standoff distance, traverse feedings and nozzle moving velocity on fi'actured depth of the tyre. In addition, scanning electronic microscope was applied to observe the cutting section of the tyre and the morphology characteristics of lubber particles from the microscopic view, and its formation mechanism was analyzed.
