Based on the concept of collaborative learning, two grouping methods of collaborative learning groups based on cluster analysis are proposed. To this end, firstly, this paper describes the group strategy, and then gives the concept of cluster analysis, variable selection, and two kinds of grouping patterns （one-time grouping and real-time grouping）. The effectiveness analysis of the cluster grouping shows that the grouping method is effective, and meets the requirements of collaborative learning groups, ＂heterogeneity in group, and homogeneity between the groups.
