采用室内模拟培养试验,研究了畜禽粪便中尿囊素在土壤中含量的动态变化规律。结果表明,畜禽粪便所含尿囊素在土壤中降解快速,但不同种类和用量处理的变化速度和幅度不同。180 d时,鸡粪和猪粪处理降解率可达95.59%、90.83%。降解率与用量呈负相关,与时间呈正相关,其与时间的关系可以用v=A+Blnt回归方程拟合。尿囊素在土壤中的降解受微生物和其他非生物学共同作用,微生物作用占主导地位,微生物降解量占减少总量的78%。畜禽粪便中的尿囊素随着时间的延长,依靠其自身分解和微生物等作用降解而逐渐减少,但在短期内可能产生环境危害。
Simulated indoor incubation experiment was carried out to explore the dynamics of allantoin(All) in different manures.The results show that All from different manures is quickly degraded in soil,and the degradation rate and degradation percentage are significantly different for different antibiotics with different concentrations.At 180th day,the highest All degradation percentages of chicken feces and pig feces reach to 95.59% and 90.83% respectively.The degradation percentage is negatively correlated with the amount of manures used and positively correlated with incubation time(v=A+B lnt).Microbiological decomposing plays an important role in the process of degradation,and accounted for about 78%.Therefore,the concentration of All is declined through microbiological degradation and others,but it may have the risk of environmental at a short time after the manures entering the soil.
