将事故后果严重度分析应用于飞机雷击事故中,可以客观地评价飞机雷击事故的后果严重度。主要采用定量的风险评估方法,从飞机等级、生命损失、经济损失和社会影响四方面进行分析,建立了飞机雷击事故后果严重度模型,同时对影响飞机雷击后果严重度的因素进行了赋值,划定了飞机雷击事故后果严重度等级,为预防飞机雷击事故的发生及飞机运行安全评价工作提供了理论依据。

By analyzing the severity degree of the accident consequences in aircraft lightning strike accident,the severity degree of the aircraft lightning strike accident consequence can be objectively evaluated. Based on risk assessment method,the four aspects,aircraft grade,loss of life,economic loss and social impact are quantitatively analyzed and the model of the severity degree of the aircraft lightning strike accident consequences is set up; meanwhile the factors influencing the severity degree of the aircraft lightning accident consequences are assigned and the severity level is designated,which can provide theoretical basis for the prevention of the aircraft lighting accidents and the evaluation of aircraft operational safety.
