采用凯式定氮和原子吸收分光光度等方法,对东亚飞蝗不同发育时期虫体蛋白质及5种微量元素动态变化进行了测定和比较分析。结果显示:(1)1龄蝗蝻中蛋白质含量最高达到87.6 mg/100mg,随着虫体的发育蛋白质含量逐渐降低,至4龄蝗蝻再次升高,成虫体内蛋白质含量较高(71.6-79.3 mg/100mg)。(2)5种微量元素中Fe、Ca和Zn在1龄蝗蝻中含量最高,随着发育的进程逐渐减少,在成虫期再次升高且雌虫含量显著高于雄虫;Mg和Cu在蝗蝻发育时期呈现周期性波动,成虫期雌虫体内Mg元素含量略高于雄虫,雄虫体内Cu元素含量显著高于雌虫。
The purpose of this study is to test the dynamics of nutriments in different developmental periods of locust.By using Kjeldahl determination and atomic absorption spectrometry,we compared and analysed the dynamics of locust protein and five kinds of microelements.The results were as follows: 1 the content of protein was the highest in the 1st larva(87.6 mg/100mg) and decreased until the 4th larva with the development,furthermore,the content of protein in adults increased again(71.6—79.3 mg/100mg);2 in five kinds of microelements in every developmental period of Locusta migratoria manilensis Meyen,the content of Fe,Ca and Zn was the highest in the 1^st larva and decreased with larva development while increasing again in adults and the content of Fe,Ca and Zn elements in female adults was higher than that of male adults;the content of Mg and Cu element showed periodical fluctuation in larva development and had difference between female and male.The dynamics of the content of protein suggested that the nutrition might be very important in accumulation and supply for development and physiological function of material and energy from larva to adult in Locusta migratoria manilensis Meyen,meanwhile the dynamics of microelements showed that those elements should play crucial roles and significant differences exist in development and metabolism.
