Bone mineral density （BMD）and bone histomorphology were determined in patients with spondyloepiphyseal dysplasia tarda with progressive arthropathy （SEDT-PA）by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry,Goldner＇s Masson trichrome staining and MicroCT scan,The result showed that these patients hab lower BMD and bone-forming markers.
