对燕麦中脂溶性成分的提取工艺进行了研究,确立了从燕麦中提取油脂类成分的最佳提取工艺流程:以正己烷为提取溶剂,超声提取3h,料液比为1:5;利用混合溶剂系统,检测燕麦油脂类成分清除DPPH自由基的能力,为燕麦的综合利用提供依据。
The present work definited the technology flowsheet of oil from oat. Sample was prepared through Ultrasonic Wave-enhancing extraction of oat oil for 3 hours in n-hexane, material-water ratio 1:5; The method was established for oat oil by mixed solvents, On the basis of researching the ability that oat oil eliminated the DPPH free radical to the different samples. The investigation would be helpful to provide the evidence for the comprehensive utilization of oats.
