开展现代学徒制试点工作已成为现代职业教育建设的重要内容之一,它在提高职业教育质量、改善高职教育人才培养方式、服务社会经济发展等方面具有重要的促进作用。然而发端于西方的学徒制,在中国本土化实践过程中却存在着宏观顶层设计不到位、中观协调机制不灵活、微观利益主体不均衡等问题,有必要从国家制度、发展协调运行模式、利益均衡激励机制等方面对现代学徒制进行中国化实践探索,以适应当前我国现代职业教育发展和经济产业结构调整升级等方面的需要。
At present, the pilot work of modern apprenticeship system has become one of the important contents of modern vocational education, which plays a very important role in raising the quality of vocational education, improving the talent training mode of higher vocational education, serving economic development of society and so on. However, the apprenticeship system which originated in the west, is confronted with many problems in its practice process of localization in China: macro level design is not in place;medium coordination mechanism is not flexible; the subject of micro interests is imbalance etc. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the modern apprenticeship system from the aspects of the state system, the development of coordinated operation mode, and the incentive mechanism of interest balance, which better for the current development of China's modern vocational education and economic restructuring and upgrading of the industrial structure and other aspects.
