农产品供应链上信息传递的不对称,一直都是农产品市场价格波动大、供应链不稳定的重要原因.在这样的背景下,一种由超市领导,与合作社或农业产业化企业合作,对农产品消费市场进行统一预测、对农户及合作社统一规划的农产品供应链模式——农超对接新兴起来。文章结合农产品特点,运用系统动力学方法构建了农超模式供应链模型,并通过Vensim软件进行仿真分析.通过分析其供应链各节点库存波动情况,并与传统供应链模式下各节点库存情况、订单波动状况进行比较,得出该模式相较于传统供应链模式的优缺点。
The asymmetry of information transfer of agrie.uhural supply chain has always been the huportant reasons of big fluctuations in market prices of agricuhural products and the instability of supply chain. In this context. "farming-supermarket" docking, an agricultural supply chain model which led by supermarket, cooperates with cooperatives or agricultural industrialization enterprises, uniformly forecasts to consumer market of agricultural products, uniformly plans to farmers and cooperatives, has been burgeoning. This paper links with the characteristics of agricultural products, uses system dynamics method to construct supply chain model of "farming-supermarket" model, and does simulation analysis by Vensim software. Reach conclusion of the advantages and disadvantages of the model compared to the traditional supply chain model by analyzing its fluctuatious of every inven- tory nodes, and compared to every inventory nodes of the traditional supply ehain model and orders fluetuations situation.
