为了实现高铁轴承外圈的精确成形,基于冷辗扩基本理论,应用ABAQUS有限元软件,建立了高铁轴承外圈的冷辗扩轧制过程的仿真模型。并对其冷辗扩过程进行了数值模拟,分析了轧制过程应力应变场的演变规律,阐明了变形机理。研究结果为实现和推广高铁轴承冷辗扩轧制成形技术奠定理论基础。
To achieve precision forming of beating outer ring for high-speed rail, the simulation model of the cold rolling process for high-speed rail bearing outer ring was established by using ABAQUS finite element software based on the basic theory of cold rolling. And the cold rolling process was numerically simulated. The evolution of stress and strain fields in the rolling process was analyzed. Its deformation mechanism was expounded. Study results lay the theoretical foundation for the realization and promotion of cold rolling roll forming technology for high-speed rail bearing.
