目前对汽车齿轮的质量评定中,噪声检测分析是一类重要的评定方法,响度是其中一项重要的评价指标。针对在评定噪声数据过程中数据量大、计算复杂、难以灵活可变地调整响度计算过程的难点,建立了便捷的噪声响度分析体系,并基于Matlab开发了适应性强的噪声响度分析系统,实现了计权声压级和响度值等的计算。最后选用国内某汽车生产厂家的汽车齿轮噪声数据进行计算,并与德国Artemis专业声品质软件的计算结果进行对比并对所提出的方法进行了验证。
In the current assessment of the quality of automotive gears,the noise detection is an important evaluation method.But when using the standard sound pressure level in the process of assessing of the noise data,it is computational complexity and difficult to flexibly adjust the calculation of variable difficulty,In this paper,a convenient noise loudness analysis system is stablished,which is based on matlab software.Finally,a domestic vehicle manufacturers of automotive gear noise data is calculated and compared with the results of the German Artemis software,and validate the proposed method.
