This paper established the structural model and judgment matrix with a software of YAAHP based on the fundamental principle of Analytic Hierarchy Processl（AHP） to solve the weight to influence on the incident geological disaster. Combining GIS, the levels of geological disaster likely occurred in Meihekou City were divided into 3 zones of high-prone, middle-prone and low-prone. The division result could provide a reference for project construction in this district.
