以大连机床集团为例,本文从生产准备、计划调度以及作业控制等方面对精益制造执行管理理论和应用方法进行了研究。通过分析机床流水线混流生产特点,建立了精益制造执行管控模型,设计了体系结构以及功能模型,经系统集成构建了精益制造执行管理系统。通过案例分析表明,该系统研究能够有效地解决车间生产线不能按节拍准时生产的问题,提升了机床车间生产的快速响应能力,对我国机床集团车间生产管理水平提升具有直接的参考价值。
Taking Dalian Machine Tool Group as an example,this paper studies the theory and application method about lean manufacturing execution management from the aspects of production preparation,scheduling,operation control and so on.By analyzing the production characteristics of the mixed model production line,it then builds the lean manufacturing execution management control model,devises the architecture and functional model,and constructs a lean manufacturing execution management system through system integration.The case analysis shows that the system study contributes to ensuring continuous production and improving ability of quick responsiveness in the workshop.It provides direct reference for enhancing workshop production management of groups in China.
