螺距是船用螺旋桨桨叶重要的几何参数,对螺旋桨水动力性能的影响较大。在螺旋桨优化设计过程中,不同的螺距拟合方式不仅得到的螺旋桨桨叶几何形状的光顺程度不同,而且优化效果也不同。本文以DTRC438X系列桨为母型,结合粒子群优化算法和螺旋桨水动力性能的面元法理论预报程序,以提高螺旋桨敞水效率和限定推力系数值为目标,分别采用B样条曲线和贝塞尔函数拟合螺距方法进行螺旋桨各剖面螺距(桨叶其它参数与母型桨相同)的优化设计。对比两种方法各自优缺点,重点分析优化后螺旋桨的敞水效率、压力分布及环量分布并考虑侧斜的影响。经对计算结果分析表明:两种方法都得到了较好的优化效果,而采用B样条曲线拟合螺距方法的优化效果要优于贝塞尔函数法。
The pitch of marine propeller is an important geometrical parameter of the blade, which has great influence on the calculation of hydrodynamic performance of the propeller. DTRC series propeller is used as the parent type, while particle swarm optimization algorithm is combined with theoretical forecast program by using the surface panel method. With the goal of the improvement of open water efficiency and the limitation of trust coefficient, the optimization of propeller pitch with the B-spline method and the Bezier function method is studied. The open water efficiency, pressure distribution, circulation distribution and the influence of skew are focused on, and the two methods are compared. The result shows that both methods got good results, but optimization design of marine propeller pitch with the B-spline method is superior to the Bezier function method.
