根据扁平足特点,应用成形针织技术开发并设计扁平足矫形鞋垫基体,分析织物结构、弯纱深度、织物密度等对鞋垫基体的影响.根据矫形鞋垫基体的生产流程,即版型确认、结构选择、参数确定、工艺计算等进行上机生产.结果表明,针织成形矫正鞋垫基体拥有生产方便,个体针对性强,调整简便的优点.当成圈段度目为80,集圈(吊目)段度目为70时,制成的矫形鞋垫基体能够符合使用中的结构要求和力学要求.
Based on the pathological characteristics of flatfoot, the form-knitting technology is applied to developing the corrective insole substrate. The effects of fabric structure, yarn depth and fabric density on insole substrate are analyzed. The corrective insole substrate is produced according to the manufacturing process of the insole substrate, such as plate type confirmation, the knitting-sucture selection, parameters and calculation. The results show that the form-shaping corrective insole has the advantages of convenient production, strong individual pertinence, and easy adjustment. It can meet the structural and mechanical requirements in use as the density parameters of the looping and tucking stitches are 80 and 70 respectively.
