Emergency risk evaluation of technology-based small micro enterprise is the first stage of emergent risk control and management, which is a key process to find potential emergency risk and entire emergency risk management Aiming at evaluation of emergency risk of the technology- based small micro enterprises, this paper builds an evaluated index system of emergency risk and establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of Grey entropy about evaluating emergency risks of technology-based small micro enterprise and influencing factors, which based on the analysis of characteristics of emergency risk of technology-based small micro enterprise. The model can be used to identify the important risk from many emergency risks, to identify the key influence factors form many risk factors, and to provide scientific and reasonable basis for small micro enterprises formulating emergency risk control and supervision measures.
